Durable Anodized Aluminum Construction means each slicer is stain resistant, has a long life and provides for easy cleaning. The top mounted sharpener is an all metal, 2 stone type - convenient, easy to use. The belt driven knife is hard chromed featuring a hollow ground blade and therefore lasts longer, sharpens easily and gives less waste. The motor is a powerful 1/4 or 1/3 HP motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings.

The unit is easy to clean with a one piece base, removable chute, deflector and top knife guard. The compact design takes up less counter space and is more portable.
